Bridging Generations

INFO

Bridging Generations is a multimedia project examining the first and second generation, Chinese-Canadian, immigrant identity. Through storytelling and art, we unveil its nuances.

BRIDGING GENERATIONS, Two Worlds One Household:

Living as a second-generation Chinese-Canadian is like being a bridge—firmly anchored in two different worlds, yet constantly traversed and tested by the currents of cultural change. For second-generation Chinese-Canadians, this feeling is a constant companion, shaping our experiences and worldview in profound ways. It is both a position of strength and vulnerability.
